By accessing and using the US Gourmet Food LLC website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

US Gourmet Food LLC provides food import and distribution services, specializing in international gourmet products. We serve both B2B and B2C customers across the Northeast USA.

• New Jersey (NJ)
• Pennsylvania (PA)
• Connecticut (CT)
• Massachusetts (MA)
• Virginia (VA)
• Maryland (MD)

To access certain features of our service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Order Processing:

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Orders are processed during business hours

Payment Terms:

• B2C customers: Payment due at time of order
• B2B customers: Net 30/60 terms available for qualified accounts
• All payments must be in US Dollars
• Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts

• Delivery is available within our service areas only
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Risk of loss transfers upon delivery
• Special handling requirements must be specified at time of order
• Delivery fees apply based on location and order size

Due to the nature of food products, returns are limited to:

• Damaged products upon delivery
• Incorrect items shipped
• Products past expiration date at time of delivery
• Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery

US Gourmet Food LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
